Small screens first. Most of the hard decisions in a layout show up at phone width, so that is where we begin rather than where we tidy up.
Plain words over jargon. If we cannot explain a choice in a sentence, it probably is not the right choice for your project.
Design and build stay close. Screens are designed with the build in mind, and the build follows the screens rather than drifting.
Release is part of the job. A project is not finished when the code compiles; it is finished when people can install or visit it.
Support means listening first. For IT problems we want to understand what changed before suggesting what to change.
Honest scope. We would rather say a request sits outside our services than stretch to fit it.
This website does not list clients, awards, certifications, staff counts or a company history, and it does not show testimonials. That is deliberate: we would rather you judge us on a conversation and the working method we publish than on claims you cannot check here.
We also do not promise response times. We read messages during opening hours and reply as soon as we reasonably can.
